JOHN QUINCY ADAMS BIRTHPLACE

John Quincy Adams, the sixth President of the United States, was born in Braintree, (now Quincy) Massachusetts to Abigail and John Adams. He witnessed the Battle of Bunker Hill together with his mother at the age of 9. Adams spent much of his childhood in Europe, mostly in France while his father was serving as Minister. At the age of 15, the young John Quincy Adams served as Secretary to the Mission to Russia.

Why thank you both!
Most of the narrative is stolen ... I didnt get to see the series but I don't believe a lick of it was filmed in Quincy .. there is not enough space left here to even hint at what it may have been like 200 years ago. Everytime I am standing in John Adams backyard ... imagining what Quincy looked like and I know it was beautiful back when I was a kid ... I think ... poor John is rolling in his grave over what has become of his Peace Field!
Thanks for the comments!
